News Most recent news is at the top May 08The dogs and I made the 30 hour drive to Ft Mitchell, Kentucky for the American Boxer Nationals and had a wonderful time! It was great to see so many lovely working boxers together in one spot!
Tega won both of his Open A classes with scores of 192.5 and 195.5. He came second in his rally class on Saturday with a 99/100 score and won his class on Sunday with a perfect 100. Unfortunately, Tega was somewhat "creative" in his agility rounds and didn't qualify either day.
Pinot held her own in a very competitive Novice B class, although she left her "sits" in the parking lot on Sunday! She came in third both days with scores of 195 and 191.5 (after placing 2nd in a 3 way run-off for second place). She was also third in her Saturday rally class with a 97/100 score and won her Rally class on Sunday with a perfect 100. See Tega and Pinot with their medals here! April 5 and 6 / 08- Pinot finishes her CD with scores of 190.5 and 192, and second place finishes in Novice B.
- Pinot and Tega both get their first RA legs.
Mar 22/08- Pinot obtains her second novice leg with a 194.5 and third place in Novice B
Feb 3/08:- Pinot and Tega both get their third and final CKC Rally Novice legs with scores of 98 and are the proud new owners of "RN" titles. Tega's Rally scores have been 99, 100 and 98. Pinot's Rally scores have been 100, 94 and 98.
- Pinot debuts in Novice B with a 190.
Feb 2/08:- Tega gets his second CKC Rally Novice leg with a perfect score of 100.
- Tega qualifies in Open B Obedience with a 191.
- Pinot gets her second CKC Rally Novice leg with a 94.
